What can all this mean?

I have noticed that i have dry flakes on nipples ( very little) when i squeeze them. I first noticed the white dry stuff on my bra when i took it off. I took a hpt this morning and it is negative. I also have stomach cramps, pain on my left side lower and upper abs, and i tend to get more headaches. Anyone have any suggestion to what this could all be?
