  1. It does all this and more.

  2. nothing

  3. Melting ice caps...

changing salinity of the sea (caused by above, 'cause ice is freshwater)...

changing weather patterns to more extremes (hotter summer, wetter, wilder, colder winters... etc)

Increasing the temperature by one degree could lead to a snowball effect, thus eventually increasing the temperature more.

    Hope that helps!

  4. Heat drives the weather. Increase the heat, and the weather gets more severe! Every year ,we break the record for the amount of tornadoes.  Right now we're at about 1,000 so far!  When will there be too many? The ever widening parameters

of weather records is PROOF that the climate is rapidly changing!

  5. The earth has been much hotter and much colder . Man must adapt or die.

  6. temperature change of even a few degrees can have many impacts.

it can increase the environment of vectors having major affects on populations. eg if the temperature becomes warmer it can increase the natural environment of mosquitoes, and therefore exposing more people to malaria ect

warmer or colder environments can have affects on farming and the production of food, ie seasonal foods not being available in certain areas where they once were,  conditions being unsuitable for farming,,, again having big impacts on countries

climate change has affects on migratory birds, sea levels, etc etc

if u need more im sure the world health organization will have heaps on climate change

  7. Based on the IPCC report over the last hundred years we have had 0.7 deg average rise in world temp with a corresponding sea rise of ~3in, their models predict by the end of this century a further 2-3 deg rise with a probable further sea rise of 24in.

While this doesn't sound like a lot, many cities in the world have large sections very near sea level which if not directly affected would suffer from far more regular flooding during storm surges.
