Don't feed them moldy Hay.  It will tie their Stomach in a knot because they can't burp and they wil die.

hay, alfalfa, oats, grains. Go down to your local feed store like foust, Gebo's, or other local farm store they can get you something that will be good for your horse. The kind of feed they need depends on age, health, gender, if it is a mare whether or not she is pregnant or not. Many different factors to take into consideration. Just talk to somebody there and they'll help ya.

Good- Good grass hay, oats,commercial feed formulated for a horses age.

Bad- Corn, moldy hay, to much of any grain.

Always needs love and water and exercise.  A friend that lives with it.

Get a good book so you don't make mistakes.
