well if you had Sirius satellite radio, they can say anything you want and not get treated like a child by the FCC

But anyhow, each community is different. It depends upon the level of complaints in a given area to the FCC on a host/topic.

For instance.. s*x talk is ok in LA or NY for example, but won't play in Alabama for instance....
