  1. try louis hay... she has a great books about the subject

  2. Inner healing is a general term which can be used to refer to a broad range of healing paradigms.

I think every person would have their own definition of what inner healing is. Generally, I would say that inner healing is the experience of a healing that you know is happening, even though you can't see it or detect it with instruments.

You can certainly reverse many diseases when you experience an inner healing, including cancers and various other disorders. It can overhaul your mental, physical, emotional, and energetic bodies and create healing in any dark spots of your energy field.

  3. I agree with what sacredshakti said about "inner healing" meaning many different things. While I am a big proponent of healing what's on the inside--emotional, mental, spiritual, etc.--I am also often a bit leery of a lot of the more new-agey stuff out there. That said, I have found a few things that help with inner healing myself (and yes, I believe they CAN help with deep-seeded issues)...including EFT, even acupuncture and massage can help (while also healing some physical), counselling could help, psychotherapy. I suppose it would maybe help to look at what type of inner healing you need (healing from big divorce, a death in the family, c**p childhood, etc.) and see where that leads you. Sometimes you can find inner healing with something as simple as a few dozen eggs...if you're really angry...go head out to somewhere natural...beach, forest, and aim for one spot to throw every one of those eggs as hard as you can! Really focus on why you're doing it though...

Heaps of things out there...also maybe some meditation? Not easy to start with, although can be well worth it! :)

Also...are you a leg or arm person? (You'd know by when you get angry, are you more likely to hit something or kick something?) If you're a leg person get some GOOD exercise in with your legs (running, biking, walking, etc.), if an arm person, do some weight lifting or something else with your arms! It can all help! Good luck!
