What can be done to a station owner if they have been caught by the state cheating people at least $ .27 a gal

the station has been off at the pumps for at least 2 yrs, and we would argue with them all the time, but that was the only place we could use on the route. now they were shut down for a few days by the state. Do we have any recourse against them since we fueled up there everyday and spent at least $250 - $500 a day for the last 2 yrs and so have many other drivers we know. It is a minimuim of $20 a day for at least 5-6 days a week they cheated each driver.We have all of our receipts.

  1. If you have receipts you can file a law suit if the .27cents is in a document and is an exact number. If you have multiple people in the law suit you can have a class action law suit. You can claim back the money that all of you were wrongly charged, and maybe punitive damages for the inconveniences that it may have caused you and the other patrons.
