What can be done to ease my pain?

I'm 37 and I had a vasectomy 11 plus years ago. At least once or twice a year I get this sharp pain in my left t******e. I've gone several times to see if they can diagnose the problem and I always get the same answer:fluid accumulation. After the last episode I had a sonogram done and still the same diagnosis. What can be done to prevent the accumulation of fluid?

Get a third opinion.  It is unlikely related to your vasectomy.
