What can be done to help out my husbands great grandma who passed away if?

If her own family was spending her insurance/burial money every month on themselves instead of sending it to the agency. I think this is plain horrible that her own grandaughter and daughter were doing this whole time. This poor old lady was 96 years old and would give her own daughter the money to make out the money order instead it was spent amongst themselves. She passed away yesterday. I was wondering isnt this fraud and what can be done?

You can't do much for her personally, she's pretty carefree at this point.

Just forget about it. Trust me - she won't mind a bit.

If true, its pretty low.  But there's nothing you can do.
