What can be done when ripped off by a yahoo merchant. How do I get money back?

I recently received Ugg boots from lessforluxury and had to sign for them only to open and find out they were FAKE. Am trying to contact seller but not having any luck. Can I get my money back even if I received merchandise and how?

Try going through the yahoo merchant policy.  Also, try filing a dispute with your credit card company.
