  1. In salad dressings

as a marinade with olive oil and herbs  for grilled veggies

You can reduce it, add a little sugar to it and use it as a garnish for a veggie rissotto

If all else fails and you just don't like it, please give it to someone who does as it would be sad to throw it out.

  2. Yep,salad dressing with some herbs and olive oil.

  3. i did that once to! it was so nasty!

portabella mushrooms taste great marinated in balsamic.

you can also put some in a pot and let it reduce to a thick syrup then add a few drops on cooked steaks and veggies - a little goes a long way

  4. it's commonly used in salad dressings.

Find a good recipe for balsalmic vinagarette salad dressing..

  5. you can use it with olive oil to dip bread in, drizzle over salads, or smell it to clear sinus problems.

  6. use it as a salad dresssing , it goes well with fish and chips , its great, or what eva ya fancy

  7. You can marinate chicken cutlets with it (with a little salt, pepper and garlic) and grill.

I love to drizzle it on my salad with olive oil.

My husband sautes onions in it, it makes a sweet glaze.

Cut up fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, drizzle the balsamic & olive oil over it and use fresh basil as a garnish.

You can dip french bread in it. Like the restaurants do, a small dish with Olive oil and another one with balsamic vinegar.

  8. Uses

Commercial grade balsamic vinegar can be used in salad dressings, marinades and sauces. Cooks use tradizionale and condimento vinegars in small amounts in simple dishes where the balsamic vinegar's complex tastes can be noted. Young vinegars (3–5 years) are used in salad dressing while mid-aged balsamic vinegars (6–12 years) are used to enhance sauces, pastas and risottos. Old vinegars (12 years plus), which are very rich and thick, are used sparsely to enhance plain meat or fish, fresh fruit such as strawberries or even drunk from a small glass to conclude a meal. It is also used as a topping on vanilla ice cream. Some people use it instead of wine in food (because wine is forbidden in some religions).[1]

  9. You can also use balsamic vinegar in savory recipes calling for vinegar.

  10. You can drizzle it over salad and there's no need to even add oil or you can use it in a marinade for portobello mushrooms destined for grilling.

  11. Drizzle it over tomatoes with some olive oil, salt and black pepper.  Mix it with dijon mustard and spread it on onions and bake or grill them.

  12. You can just pour it on fresh sliced tomatoes and mozzerella and basil, and make a caprese salad.

Or, you can mix it with olive oil, stoneground mustard, and a pinch of sugar/salt/pepper, and pour it on a mixture of feta cheese, tomatoes, and olives.
