The same thing as regular flour...white flour, wheat flour, cornmeal flour, it's all the same.

Parboil some brussel sprouts, put them in  melted butter ,bread them in soy flour, and then sautee them.

Soy burgers

-- Over medium heat roast 2 cups of soy flour for a few minutes to give it a nutty flavor. Don't oil the pan, but keep the flour in motion with a large spoon.

-- In a mixing bowl add: one cup whole wheat flour; roasted soy flour; 2 tbsp peanut oil; 2 tbsp corn starch; one tsp soy sauce. Mix well adding water till the mixture can be needed. need for a minute, or two and form burgers with it.

-- These can be fryed or grilled up. extras can be frozen for later use.
