I'm 16, 5'8, and 138lbs.

I went to the cardiologist earlier this year for chest pains, and cardiac related problems have been ruled out by 2 ER doctors and a cardiologist.

I do in fact have anxiety and panic disorder, but this is the second time today my left arm has gone numb-like.

I don't have any chest pain when the the numbness happens, so what could it be?

In fact, I went to the doctor today, lol.

Any help?

It's really annoying and it's mostly in my upper arm, where the muscle would be.
