What can be the problem for my car not starting?

1990 Honda Accord LX

It cranks over sometimes but wont start, even when i tried jump starting it, it would sometimes crank over but not start.

Oh and when it cranks over it is sloooow even when i tried to jump start it.

Can the spark still be weak even though i was jump starting it?

Can it be the fuel delivery system?

Can It be a relay?

I tried Pop starting it (manual tranny) and that wouldn't get it started either.

It has a new starter motor and solenoid. AND new battery cables.

  1. my honda accorda station wagon 1991 will not start. It will turn over but it is not catching to start. was told it could be the crank sensor. what is that
