What can be the reasons to reject UK work permit?

Hi , thro my company i have to go to UK for 4-5 mnths assignment .Company has applied for work permit.

My job hopping history is bad.I have changed 3 jobs in 6 mnths period.can this be the reason for my rejection of work permit ???.even i dont have my graduation convocation.is that required too??

If you have been refused a Work Permit or Work Visa they will have sent an explaination of the reason or reasons you were denied for the permit/Visa. So you should talk to whomever sent in for your work permit/visa they will have the explaination

With your work history as you have stated it - yes it could be the reason that you were denied but maybe not the only reason -

The immigration authority may have asked your company if the position could be filled by someone who already lives in the UK

Your company can always appeal the decision depending on the reasons you were denied a visa.

if the company you work for is assigning you to the UK for that period of time ? the UK visas section has nothing to do with your pass jobs records , your company will be the one asking for your work visa , and that is all there is to it .

if you have a criminal record ? that  would be a concern the UK immigration ,
