What can be these Symptoms meant???

My p***s secretes pus, but its somehow odorless -- i'm not having any trouble urinating at all, i'm feeling no pain or burning, though its quite uncomfortable because of the wet feeling

please help...

pus indicates infection.  get that thing checked out.  It may be an STD and you want treatment as soon as possible.

Pus can be a sign of and infection or STD.  Also not to be embarrassing it can be s***n leaking out.  See your doctor to rule out the infection/STD ASAP.  Treatment can cure or slow down progression of STD's or infections.
