What can be used to safely cover cords that are in use?

Our house has no outlets, so we have to use them where we can. The location of our computer cords is right there with our 11 month son. He likes to pull them out of the wall, we need a safe way of covering them. There is no moving of furniture or anything like that.

  1. well u can cover them with a big rug or even tape them to the floor  


  2. My daughter has 2 little girls and they have safety covers over the outlet and the plug. Check the baby department.

  3. There is a gadget you can buy that covers cords,but haven't seen them lately.The other way to cover the wires,would be to fit them into a plastic pipe(from plumbers).Get a power cord outlet box,which you could fit up the wall,then you'd only have the one plug fitting into the wall.My computer desk hides all my wires etc.And my kid is now 35,so don't think he's a problem.
