  1. That is a common allergic reaction triggered by any number of foods. If you are experiencing this symptom it would be virtually impossible to tell what food is causing it. You should be tested by a physician to determine what you are allergic to.

    For me.. It is coconut and peanuts.


  2. yep, for me its oranges. I have to drink alot of water to help reduce the swelling until the meds take effect.  

  3. I agree it can be a number of things. Youre best bet would be to go to an allergist and get tested. my son has that reaction to milk, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts

        For me, it's avacados, and some shellfish.  Bananas and melons make it itch and burn, but the first two really mess me up.

        Think about what you just ate.  It's probably something you had in the last 30 minutes or so.
