Not having enough progesterone in your body, drinking too much caffeine, getting sick, riding bumpy rides (like rollercoasters), drinking alcohol, smoking, any recreational drugs, sleeping on your stomach,

Miscarriage can happen at any time during pregnancy!

I think that they only count it as a miscarriage up until twenty weeks and after that it is still born.  Miscarriage is sometimes natures way of aborting a pregnancy that might have produced a fetus with severe defects.
