What can cause a positive cocaine result on a drug test besides cocaine?

I take 300mg budeprion (anti depression) 20mg adderall and 25ml megace es the megace es is to make me hungry could any of these cause me to test positive of cocaine on a drug test because i tested positive and have not done coke in over a year.

Adderall and the like do not test positive for cocaine they test positive for Methamphetamine which is not the same thing.. are you sure that you tested positive for coke??

If you had a hair follicle test than yes you would still test positive for coke even though it has been over a year since you last did it.. Is it possible that maybe someone you know could have put it something you ate or drank?
