  1. poppy seeds will show up on a drug test

  2. To the guy that said "poppy seeds will show up on a drug test"....wow you are...well dumb...poppy seeds will show up as an opiate, whereas adderall or ritalin will show up as speed

  3. Drug tests are usually done in 2 stages. The first is a braod screen for anything in the stimulant class, these often come up as false postives. However, any good drug test will have a confirmatory test that identifies the specific drug. If its the second confirmatory test that came up positive then your friend was probably on meth...

  4. To the person who told you your friend was on meth, there are tons of legal prescription drugs out there that amphetamine based.  All the previously mentioned ADD drugs have at least one type of amphetamine, and some of them have two or three.  Can you post what scrips she's on?  I'm studying pharmacy and I could give you a much better answer if I had a few more details.

  5. Medications like Ritalin will do make you test positive for methamphetamine. The real name for Ritalin is Methylphenidate (spelling) so you can tell its from the "Meth Family"

  6. Prescription diet pills that are amphetamine-like would do that.

  7. Adderall, Ritalin, Concerta - any of those kinds of speed drugs for the treatment of ADD or ADHD would do it.
