What can cause this pain in my stomach?

i have heart burn all tha time! iv had it since i was 11! its so bad now that i take meds. for it everyday! when i eat i feel like tha food is stuck in my chest and i have to throw up! when i drink something and breath in i feel water in my upper stomach moving around! what is this? is this a type of heart burn? after i eat i feel over full and like tha food is stuck in my upper stomach! cant someone plz tell me something about this? i keep burping and sometimes my drink will come up and it so nasty! plz someone help me figure out what is goin on! thanks

Sounds like it could be an ulcer, or a really bad case of acid reflux.  I would see a doctor!
