I have been tired and have had pain in my muscles and joints (mainly triceps, elbows and feet). Sometimes it is 'hot' like embers in my muscles. I just got my Lyme test back and it was negative (I have been active in the past), and my RH factors for inflamation came back negative. Can anxiety be a cause, becuase I feel like I am going crazy!

  1. I thought the same thing the first poster thought. Here are some symptoms of fibromyalgia:

Fibromyalgia can sometimes feel like the flu. You may experience body aches, tiredness, and intestinal problems. The pain in your joints and muscles may be especially bothersome at night, waking you from sleep, or in the morning, when you may feel very stiff and sore. You may have trouble concentrating because of fatigue. Symptoms can last from days to months or years.Fatigue that interferes with work and daily activities.

Sleep problems (difficulty falling or staying asleep, waking up feeling tired).

Morning stiffness lasting less than an hour.

    Headaches.

Constipation or diarrhea related to irritable bowel syndrome.

    Memory problems, anxiety and depression.

It hurts your muscles so bad sometimes that you don't want anyone touching you or trying to give you a massage etc.

It is hard to diagnosis but once you get diagnosised then there are alot of meds you can try. Some work for some people and others don't work. It is will be trila and error until you find the right meds that work for you. I hope thats not it because I have it and it has caused me to quit being as active as I once was. It is a very debilitating disease that few people understand unless they have it.

  2. what about lupus or fibermagia i may not of spelled that last one right
