What can cure a wasp sting?

Tiger Balm or any muscle pain relief cream increases circulation to the applied area forcing some poison out and dissipating the rest into the blood stream.

Not much really works, but if you get stung enough you become immune. Not that that will be cheering you up much :0)

You can't cure it so to speak but as the poison in the sting is an alkali you can neutralise it and therefore ease the pain with a mild acid such as vinegar.

benadryl, first.  i used to use mud, mom said it was an old indian remedy, and i think it worked pretty well.

Determine what bit you, a bee or a wasp.

If a bee stung you, apply ammonia to the sting to neutralize the toxins.

If a wasp stung you, apply vinegar to the sting to neutralize the toxins.

Try a penny. A very effective way to neutralize the effects of a Bee or Wasp sting is to tape a copper penny directly on top of the sting. For some unknown reason, the chemical reaction of your skin to copper nullifies the poison. The next day you will be hard pressed to see a trace of the sting site.

Oh I do feel for you as I know how much it hurts.
