  1. I don't think we will get rid of it even with our technology.  What we can do is to minimize its effects and not increase it.

    Reuse, reduce, recycle.

Look for websites in which you find tips to minimize energy usage.

Use reusable grocery bags, walk if you can, instead of driving, or take public transportation if you need to do so,

save water, electricity, gas, paper, and so on.

  2. 3 ways:

First, encourage ethical consumption in places viable like first world countries that already have the money and technology to invest these things. If people can collectively be encouraged to buy products that don't further global warming, all the better.

Second, reduce carbon emissions and all that stuff. Its not all that hard really... Countless methods to do this have already been introduced like public transpo instead of really expensive SUV that uses so much diesel.

Lastly, promote awareness on a global scale. People should be aware enough to want to do something about this thing not just be aware but indifferent. There has to be more creative ways to actually attract their attention and telling them to DO SOMETHING NOW!

  3. It was never a fact in the first place. They used some very old temperature measurements and that is not a way to calculate a world average. The thermometers were not caliberated.

  4. Decreasing our dependence on fossil fuels and allowing nature to renew itself over time.

It's like smoking in relation to your lungs...the less you expose your lungs to the tobacco, your lungs begin to renew.

I think time and lowering dependence go hand in hand.

  5. In my opinion there is nothing that we can or should do. Our Earth, our only home has evidently alternated between Ice ages and warning periods for as long as it has existed.

Ancient remains of aquatic life found in the Sahara, Petrified forests in desert areas that today only support sagebrush and cacti. Rivers and vallies that were carved by ancient glaciers.

There is evidence that whenever we interfere with nature something goes wrong, build dams and destroy fish runs et cetera.  It is true in my opinion that we are harming the Earth, but to what degree is only a guess.

If we interfere in any global climate change wil it be a mistake, like the dams or maybe even worse.

  6. Nothing can really get rid of it  , the damage is already done , unless we plant trees on every square inch of soil that is on our earth , thus  producing enough oxygen .

  7. No.  Anthropogenic Global Warming does not exists.  We did not cause it, and we cannot fix it.

  8. I do not think we should find ways to bring on the next glacial advance.

  9. recycling

  10. cessation of indoctrination.

  11. First problem is that the most viable and effective alternative to fossil fuels were outlawed 30 years ago by Jimmy Carter at the urging of a few oil companies that had backed his political adventures. If it had not been for this one man the USA and the world would have unlimited low cost electricity from nuclear and space based generation systems making the US the worlds largest and richest energy exporter instead of the largest importer of overpriced energy.

Because of Jimmy Carter and the AGW proponents the oil companies are able to steal the wages of the average citizen and make them like it because the rest of the world is getting ripped off more. Compare fuel prices with those in other countries and realize they are getting shafted worse than we are. The publics first job should be to dump all the democrats in congress that support AGW and are in the pay of a certain oil company that invented it so we can remove those traitorous orders of Jimmy Carter’s and get this nation back on the road to the future instead of being stuck in the past as we are now with those orders hung around the nations neck like the albatross of the ancient mariner.

  12. The deleted Ozone has to be replenished, basically speaking we can spray the "wholes" with ozones. 03

btw nikkie, excellent  Ideas  but  the holes have to be patched/filled/repaired.

Don't forget to pick me for best answer :)

  13. The number one greenhouse gas is water vapor. I wouldn't be surprised if the imperial federal government launched a huge $500 billion cloud capture program.

The second most powerful greenhouse gas is methane (burp and f**t gas). Most comes from cow farms. We could keep all cows in warehouses that collect the methane.

The third most powerful greenhouse gas is nitrous oxide. It comes from trees releasing it in the summer. We could cut down trees.

The fourth is CO2. The one humans can control. We could all bike to work, but the amount of CO2 saved would be minuscule and would send the world into a huge economic depression.

By the way: Ozone depletion has nothing to do with global warming. Don't give Nel G the best answer.
