The CRF is no more built for speed than the TT-R. It is not a race bike like the CRF-R and X models. The CRF-F bikes, like the 70, are just trail bikes like the TT-R. The 90 would be a little faster but not by much.

Im assuming that the crf is the same year as the ttr? But the cfr would be faster, it is made for speed. For example, my R1 (1000cc) will kill a police harley (1800cc) in a race, even though the police bike is nearly twice the engine size, they are simply made for different things.
