  1. Be smart to mix some fruit in there too. And if the bread doesn't have it, eat nuts for the Protein.


  2. If that's the only thing you eat you could die eventually.  You need to have a balanced diet.

    In fact that is an excellent food to eat and is great for your body. It keeps you healthy!!!

    The food will then transfer in your body to glucose (this gives you energy). You need a certain amount of glucose everyday to keep you healthy and fit.

  4. The balance of good food suggests you have approx 30% carbs - so thats your bread and 30% veggies so thats you done

    but

    you need approx 20% protein, like meat, fish, pulses, beans, legumes, lentils etc

    then you can get 10 - 15 dairy so get some milk, yogurt, cheese etc

    then if ya want 5 - 7% treats, the fatty, sugary sort but not needed in any measure really but just kept to a low %

  5. I've done that every day for almost 75 years, and I'm quite healthy. Of course, I also eat meat of various kinds, dairy products, eggs, and all sorts of other miscellaneous things every day. That's why I enjoy my meals so much.

  6. nothing .....Is that ALL you're eating though?   You don't have ANY protein at all, so you'd be so tired (within a few days) that you won't be able to get out of bed; and would eventually die of malnutrition ......

    eat some fruit, and maybe a protein shake or somethign every so often... and you would be good
