What can happen..?

i accidently used wipes with ammonia on my granite countertop that isnt supposed to have ammonia on it? i washed it off quickly but what can happen?!?!?!?

Nothing will happen, you have disinfected the counter top ,that's all! Granite is a strong mineral .
