What can help me run faster??

I need to be able to run way faster than now!! Any suggestions??

  1. Work out your lower body, use ankle weights, do a lot of push-ups and maybe lift weights, run more and practice. Also, when U run, pump ur arms really fast and really high nd move ur feet real quick to build up that speed and power

    lol Now I sound like my track coach


  2. working out on lower body.  

  3. Work out the muscles in your lower body...diet and exercise.

  4. just keep running.  you'll get better over time.  my brother would run with ankle weights on, and once he would take them off he would be a little faster.  maybe you should try that.  

  5. just continue to keep on running. try sprinting up hils - it'll strengthen your leg muscles.

  6. practice more drills, work on ur endurance dont forget ur diet !!!!!!!!!!!
