  1. do the 100 meter dash about 3 times a week..keep practicing u'll get better!!

  3. Try having my ex chase you with a knife.  That should shave a few seconds off your 100 meter dash....

  4. The key is to lengthen your stride.  There are many drills to help with this.  All which are hard to explain non-verbally.  But I will try!

    First, mark off 15-25 yards.  

    The first drill is high knee.  Run the 15-25 yards while bringing you knees as high as you can.  Hopefully past your chest.

    Next, do a butt-kick.  You will lean slightly forward when you run.  Except you will kick you butt with your heal as you run.

    Next, do a skip run.  It will feel like you are doing some sort of rain dance.  Hop on you left foot twice while kicking out your right foot and then visa-versa.

    Next, run backwards while really stretching out your stride.  Make sure to give yourself plenty of room so you don't kill yourself.

    Besides those, you can also run down hill.
