Question:

What can help me to wake up early?

I need to get up around 6 for school but i always have a really really hard time getting up even if i go to bed at like 8 i always have a hard time, i can sleep through just about anything too...any suggestions as to how i can wake up easily?

  1. Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room, that way you've gotta get out of bed to turn it off.


  2. alarm clock with loud volume...cell phone with alarm clock...parents knocking hard on your door ....that should do the trick...don't drink anything before you go to sleep

  3. try to go to bed at the same time every night, even on weekends if you can. Try not to go to bed too early too!

    Open your eyes. This may sound simple, but it works for me. When your alarm clock goes off, dont keep your eyes shut and hit snooze. Open them. Take a deep breath and think about what you have to do for the day. Try not to roll over and shut your eyes again. I always set my clock radio so my radio comes on, not the buzzing alarm. lay there for a few and listen to the DJ instead of hitting snooze. Then get up. If you are still tired, don't go back to bed. Just get in the shower and keep moving. You will wake up soon.

    Also, be sure you are eating a balanced diet and take a multivitamin, sometimes thats all your body is lacking. You get plenty of sleep but maybe missing some necessary vitamins and minerals needed for energy.


  4. Make sure you get to bed on time.  Set your alarm clock across the room (like she said.) and wash your face with cold water first thing.
