  2. When your baby is ready, your baby will come out.Don't try to force anything because you never know of the complications that can arise.

  4. s*x is like the most fun way i can think of, or perhaps just masturbation to o****m to get a start on contractions.

  5. Definitely s*x.  Have lots of s*x.  I had s*x in the morning prior to my pelvic exam at 38 weeks and then gave birth to my son that night. (He was engaged and I was induced.)

  6. At 37 wks you can make sure to walk around lots, and i mean really a lot.  Have s*x as much as you can.  Have multiple orgasms.  Lots of nipple stimulation.  Those are the things that have worked for many woman I know of.

  7. There is really nothing you can do to make labor come any quicker than what your body and your baby are ready for.  I am mom to 4 who were all born past their due dates by 9 days, 11 days, 5 days, and 7 days.  I did not choose to give birth past my due date, but that is what happened for me.  I walked for miles, had lots of s*x, tried nipple stimulation, ate spicy food (which I really don't like), did squats, walked up and down stairs, drove down miles of bumpy back roads, and scrubbed floors on my hands and knees.  Some women swear they did one thing or another and went into labor.  I, however, am certain that all those women would have gone into labor regardless if they did that or not.  Babies come when both they and the mom's body are ready for it.  Many doctors and midwives suggest walking and having s*x, but I truly believe they only say that to give mom-to-be something constructive to do with her time while she waits.  There is nothing wrong trying some of the Old Wives' Tales, just do some research on them before you do them to make sure they are safe for both you and your baby.  For instance, taking Castor Oil is one of the methods some women try, but I personally opted to stay away from that as the information was contradicting and it did appear there were some possible risks involved with taking it.  I didn't think it worth the risk so I avoided it.  I also didn't try dancing naked outside in the full moon, but none of my babies was due during a full moon or I might have given it a try.  Counted from your last menstrual period, a pregnancy is considered to be 40 weeks with delivery coming any time 2 weeks before to 2 weeks after the EDD (Estimated Date of Delivery) otherwise known as the due date.  At almost 35 weeks, you technically could have as long as 7 more weeks before your little one makes his appearance. regardless of what you try.  Even medical inductions don't always work if everything isn't ready for labor to begin.
