What can help with stress?

im under a lot of stress right now for a couple reasons and no one to talk to at this time and i was wondering if any one knew of anything that would help? i know yoga and a journal will help some but more would be help full thanks

  2. Stress is a main fact of life and something that I deal with daily.

    Making time for yourself and having a "you" day might help as well as doing something you enjoy to take your mind off of it. Sometimes just saying s***w it and dancing around yourself like a crazy person can help.

  3. I always listen to songs..always have songs that I like download to my thumb drive..when having loads of stress especially during working..just pop it out and listen..Have PSP or PS2 with you..ha ha..

  4. When I'm in stress, I listen to music or watch something funny, like The Simpsons. Or I go and use Photoshop and play with it around and make something out of it[it makes me not think about stressful situations]. but I think its better to talk to someone about your problems when your stressful, so you wont have to keep it all in you and it just makes you more stressful. Because when you tell someone, and then you feel much better. I hope this helps. Goodluck. :]
