Well your warrior deck looks pretty  good and u should take out some of the banned cards,but as you said its not for tournament i will skip that try helping you.Try doing the following:

+ another Reinforcement of the army

+ The A Force (great card for warriors)

+ Freed the Matchless General x2 (very great card to get your warriors to your hand)

-drop off( Doesn't really go into your deck)

+ Don Zaloog

-Scapegoat

-rope of life

-Magic Jammer

-Seven tools of bandit

-Luster dragon

-magician of faith

Try limiting your spells and traps as you got too many of them in your deck.Anyway great deck.
