  1. I like to use a fluted pan.   A baking tray will spill it's juices over. You should keep the juices in the pan for flavor and moisture and possibly gravy.  Enjoy~

  2. i would cook it in cooker in just five minutes adding all the required ingredients.

  3. Yes , clean your chicken add an onion to the cavity (inside of the chicken ; this keeps it moist) and put in a baking pan with some seasoning you like and bake.

  4. You can try the "beer can chicken". Get a can of beer, drink half, or something, so you have a half full can of beer. Put the can on the grill, sit your  chicken right over the beer can, and cook it slow. There's numerous web recipes for it. My buddy and his girlfriend made it at a barbeque they had. It was delicious. Moist and perfectly browned on the outside.

  5. WASH IT AND BAKE IT IN THE OVEN AT 350 FOR 1 1/2 HRS.....DEPENDING ON SIZE YOU MIGHT HAVE TO COOK LONGER !  I USE A REGULAR BAKING DISH OR 9X13 CAKE PAN  DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE CHICKEN.

LEMON PEPPER IS MY FAVE.....I SLICE A LEMON SQUEEZE JUICE ON CHICKEN THE PUT THE LEMON IN THE CAVITY..... POUR 1/2 CUP SPRITE OVER IT THEN SPRINKLE LOTS OF LEMON PEPPER ON TOP & BAKE !

WORKS WELL WITH COKE & BQ SEASONINGS......PLAY WITH THE SEASONINGS ....... AND USE WHAT YOU LIKE !

  6. ermm maybe u could use a "COOKER" like normal people do lool

  8. FAVORITE OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lbs)

    1 egg, slightly beaten

3/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coating well.

In a 13X9-inch glass baking dish, arrange chicken.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes. (See NOTE)

Pour the marinara sauce over chicken, then top with cheese.

Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Serve if desired, with hot cooked pasta.

    Makes 4 servings

NOTE: If using a metal pan, increase the oven temperature by 25 degrees.
