You could try some online games.  I like www.popcap.com and you can play a lot of them online (click the online tab at the top) so no waiting for downloads.  Have fun :D

ask your parents if they can take you somewhere like gokarting or arcades or shopping wherever would be fun if they say no try watching videos on youtube or maybe playing a game console or go by one of your friends houses and hangout

You need to take up a hobby, an interest in something. Whether it's painting by numbers, model making, or even going to a martial arts class (meeting new people and making new friends) this will keep an interest and the boredom will be no more. Find something you look forward to coming home and doing.
