  1. second chance offer to another bidder

  2. http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/questions/...

  3. Get in touch with the second highest bidder and offer it to them for the price they bid.  You can do it outside of eBay that way you won't have to pay to relist the item.  Good luck.

  4. About all you can do is file a complaint or bad feedback. It is common practice to NOT sell outside of your own area, and you can specify this in your sale.

  5. file  a claim through ebay. Give them the item number... Select buyer has not yet sent funds. File the claim and ebay will most likely kick him off... But most likely you will not get your money... Sorry. Email him and say your filing a claim and ebay will prob cancel your account..

  6. nothing

  7. Contact the bidder and see what there intentions are. If they do not respond or will not pay leave the bidder negative feedback, report them to ebay and give a "second chance offer" to the number 2 bidder.

Ebay has these processes in place to protect you, the seller so no harm will be done to you or your account status.

  8. Report him, then offer the item to the second-highest bidder.

  9. The only thing you can do is report them to EBay.  It'll leave a negative strike on their account.  Then you can relist the item.  It will cost you money which sucks but thats EBay.  Its why I don't use it anymore.

  10. Report as a non paying bidder. Ebay will refund your money if he doesn't respond. But you have to wait I think 14 days to do it.
