  1. This is a hebal alternative it is calles Super hair made by Ferm-T go on the web sight and see what they have to say about it. My ex before we split his hair was falling out and he started getting a bald spot up on his head and he used this product and it had his hair growing back and fuller. his hair stop falling out. But do take vitamins too for your hair. Good Luck

  2. A trim will help.  Increase the biotin in your diet.  Use a shampoo for thinner hair, it helps to strengthen it.

  3. That happened to me too.  It grew back. Surgery is stressful for hair just like it is for the rest of your body.  Your body uses up a lot of nutrients recovering from surgery and there isn't much left over for maintaining hair.   Take care of yourself, eat balanced nutritious meals and maybe a vitamin supplement.  Give it time to recover.

  4. Hey buddy, to improve hair growth, drink loads more fresh filtered water and bolster your kidney functioning.... Check out this link it may provide you with the info you need ~

Take a multi B complex tablet including all the B's ie: B1, B2 B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best synergistically (together)....... do not take any of the B complex of vitamins individually, but rather as a whole complex, unless specifically instructed to by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath..........  haha, i do like those B vitamins don't i??!! But seriously, they will bolster your immunity, digestive system and neural functioning and buffer your body against all the stress you have been through ...... particularly as you've been unwell.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them...........  When we are ill or stressed this group of vitamins will be used up rather rapidly ...... Therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis.

Also eat foods rich in the essential fatty acids such as cold water fishes like salmon and tuna..... these will prevent dry and brittle hair, improve its texture and nourish your skin as well.... they help to lubricate the fatty layer just beneath your skin and help enormously with levelling out stress and anxiety also ....The beneficial effects of the EFA's for improving skin and hair care are staggering♥

Oh, the nettle tea is brilliant for bolstering kidney functioning and thus improving hair growth too buddy.

    hope this helps hun

    peace baby
