  2. Try doing some stretching exercises and using lightweight dumbells to tone your arms.  Cycling at a moderate pace will help tone your legs.

    Avoid jogging as this can cause more harm to your hips.

    Remember to warm up & warm down as part of each exercise session.

  4. Cycle on an excercize bike for 20 minutes. Its not a normal ride because women have to sprint for 8 seconds and then cycle lightly for 12 minutes. They say you cant exactly target a part of your body and lose weight only on that spot but the university of new south wales (UNSW) tested this out and they said the results were quite dramatic. The woman lost three times more weight as other women who excersized at a regular pace for 40 minutes. This cycle excercize is for the legs. Hope i helped (:
