What can i do about a trapped nerve in shoulder blade? i also have aching bicep on the same side.

i wish i could go in for massage,but jobseekers allowance doesn't go far!

  1. If you could put a little money together it would be well worth while seeing a chiropractor. Some will let you pay a little at a time. have a look in your phone book.


  2. what did you to to start if off, heavy lifting or did it trap by itself?

    if you were lifting something it could be a muscle tear which need treatment with ice.

    and it should start to feel better within a week or so.

    if it dosent start to feel better you could have torn the ligaments or have a tear on the rotor cuff muscle which will require further treatment by a ref from your GP to a physio or chiropractors .

    try and get some anti inflammatory and painkillers like nurofen or even get your doc to prescribe some if they are not helping

  3. ask your g.p. for a referaql letter to the local hospital physiotherapists or perhaps the doctors practice have there own clinics for this kind of thing
