What can i do about horrible customer service at best buy?

Ive had HORRIBLE service today at best buy, and I was wondering if anybody else knew what number I can call to report the person.

i think u shouldn't report that person and give he or she another opportunity, that person may need that job a lot and maybe that person needs to pay a lot of bills. so think as if that person was u and had a bad day :)
