what are some natural remedies for treating anxiety and depression? i know of niacinamide/nicotinamide, but are there others?

  1. In addition to Violet's answer, which is great, You should also try to get regular massages, by a qualified massage therapist, with aromatherapy essential oils like lavender, ylang-ylang and clary sage. If you can't get massages, try these essential oils in baths.
