  1. - greasy hair

you should try the shampoo bars

(Shampoo Bars are little round powerhouses of solid shampoo which, if you use them correctly, last longer than most relationships.)

They sell shampoo bars in stores like LUSH etc

also if you wash your hair with wash up liquid every month then it get rid of all the grease and makes your hair look really shiny!

    - greasy skin

drink about 2-3 liters of water a day as this helps,

also try some product like clean&clear etc as they can also help!

i hope this has helped you. (:

  2. its the food you eat, change your diet, drink water every day. eat fruit, and fresh veg steamed.

  3. Find products for your hair and face that are specifically for oily hair and oily skin. Don't brush your hair too often, that brings out the oil from your roots to the ends of your hair...and try to keep your hair out of your face, because the oil from your hair can cause your skin to break out from the oils. When using the products, start using them every other day, and if your hair and/or skin don't react to it every other day, then go to once a day. For your face, you might have to cleanse it in the morning, and at night, but the worst thing to do would be to dry your hair or skin out. So start slow.

  4. i used to have really greasy hair that got very itchy and irritated when i used certain shampoos, so with your hair i think you should try basic shampoos because some of the more complicated ones can be quite harsh and strip the hair of its natural oils so it tries to compensate to replace them. i suggest you try something like a mint and tea-tree shampoo, no conditioner and try not to run your hands through your hair because that also stimulates the scalp to make oils.

Next your skin everyone gets problem skin around that time of the month so you are bound to have a few blemishes but try cleansing, toning and moisturising twice a day. it helps to remove the dirt and make up which can make it worse and look for products that are light and oil free etc. i know it's quite time consuming but it does improve!

    now a list for u...

try not to touch your face- it helps to spread bacteria and can make your skin oily

remove all make- up before you go to bed

even if u have greasy skin use a moisturiser- it helps your skin to calm down and balance out the oil produced and  it can still be dry and trying to compensate by producing the oil

and if it's still oily try using blotting papers, i use The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil blotting papers now and then to combat the shiny nose, forehead etc. i hope it helps

  5. both your hair and your skin need special products for oily skin and hair, respectively.

I recommend a shampoo for sensitive and / or oily hair and use no or little conditioner (and only on the ends).

For your skin, you need a facial series for oily skin, consisting of a wash, toner/water and an oil-free cream.

the other thing you can do is watch your diet, as Paul also says: the more you drink, the better for your skin. but drink water - no lemonades, cause these contain sugar, colours and conservations.

    don't eat too much fat.

fat is hidden in sausages, steaks or fatty meat in general, peanut butter, chips, crackers, chocolate and most other sweets.

instead, go for fresh fruit and vegetables and poultry (chicken meat has less fat than pork or cow).

I suppose you're still a teenager, so cheer up - once you're beyond puberty, it'll get better. most skin problems are caused by hormones, and those get in balance after puberty :-))

  6. well for hair i know this. it's good to change your shampoo and conditioner regually. so once your bottles have ran out, go and buy a different make, you know, Sunsilk one time, then Nicky clarke another, and just keep switching. Same with face cream and that sort of stuff. you can just rotate between 3 differnet products but make sure you keep switching. Hope i helped!

  7. make sure you clense your face and moisturise ect. as for your hair.. tee tree shampoo is good for greasy hair, try that, and dont use too much conditioner. dont shampoo twice.. its not good itl take the nutrients out of your hair. goodluck :) x

  8. Use less grease. Just splash freezing cold water daily, rather than any products.

  9. Eat healthy such as fruit and vegetables. Also try not too touch your hair ans skin with your hands too much.
