  1. EASY (:

Lets break it down, step by step.

    Top arms chubby:

stand with your arms to your side then just raise them over your head to clap. Do this about 50 times each day to see a difference.

    Fat face:

Diet, only raw foods will do the job.

Or cover it up with bronzer by applying some to the hollow of your cheeks.

    Uneven eyes:

Believe it or not, eyeliner can minimize that effect. If you mean that one is bigger than the other, then apply a little more eyeliner to the smaller one.

    Weird nose:

well its not very specific, but just dust a little bronzer to make it look even so that people won't notice as much.

    Big eyebrows:

Pluck them. Go to a beauty salon for more precision.

    Spotty forehead:

Cleanse your face with a daily face wash.

    Boring hair:

Curl it, even if its naturally curly it will look boring. But long professional looking curls will do the job. Also get highlights or change your hair colour.

    Spots on your back:

Take daily showers to avoid sweat creating spots.

    Fat:

Diet & exercise ... DO BOTH

Basically the rest you described is to do with your weight also.

    WOW that took ages.

  2. Stop complaining and continue living. Life will be rather dull if you dwell on stupid things like that. Every bad thought we think of ourselves is based off of the models we see on billboards and in magazines. And those photographers have taken great care in making them look perfect on Photoshop.

  3. I'm sure your absolutely beautiful. you cant change your appearance but you can change the quality of your appearance, start to get into  3 step CTM routine, moisturize your body , always smell yummy, file your nails, don't pick spots, gentle exercise and you'll soon start to look and feel better :)

  4. gain some confidence

    workout and eat healthfully

get your eyebrows done by a professional until you think you can do them

look through hair magazines or google and copy the style at a salon

    lunges, squats, walking or pilates

accept your ribs, stretch marks, toes, and fingers, knees and whatever else. nobody's perfect.

  5. Eat a healthy diet . . . this means: Lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protien.  Drink water.  Get plenty of exercise.  Cut out junk food, fast food, and soda.  This will take care of your exess chubbiness and help with the spots.

Hair is easy!  Color it or perm it.  Cut it.  Shave it off and start from scratch!  You've got options with hair, play with it!

Finally, and MOST IMPORTANT . . . learn to love the wonderful person that you are.  What qualities about yourself do you actually like?  Are you smart?  Funny?  Compassionate?  Loyal?  Understanding?  Loving?  Play to your strengths and realize that no one is perfect!

    Best wishes to you!

  6. ok, I know this isn't what you are looking for in an answer, but THE PROBLEM ISN'T PHYSICAL, IT'S MENTAL!! seriously, if you go around telling yourself and everyone around you that you are fat and ugly and point out all your flaws, you will feel even less pretty. so quit beating yourself up and focus on the stuff you like, or are proud of. that's the stuff that really matters if you want to lose weight, get excersise, eat right, (eating 'right' does NOT mean not eating at all, clear?) and stay positive!
