Question:

What can i do about this mood!?

i have a really big work test to pass next week and if i pass ill be promoted in a month! if not then :(

I'm working stupid hours all week, I'm on my period,

i feel like c**p, i have had a weird tummy for over a week!

ive organised nights out this week but can not be bothered to go out but i have not seen a friend in 2 weeks because of my work and bad moods!

i cant get motivated to do anything!

I'm working for peanuts till I'm promoted as i had to take a 20% pay cut to get another job that has a better title and better over all opportunity's!

where do i start!

i want to cheer up!

i just cant put my finger on it!

  1. You know what?  I really have days or weeks like this too!

    So much to deal with and not enough space in my brain to deal with it!

    Firstly - you feel c**p so deal with that - go out with your friends and forget the other streeses that life has thrown at you.  After all - your period won't last forever I guess!

    Once you have had a few good nights out (and not mentioned your other streeses to the friends) you will feel generally happier and more able to deal with the work stuff.

    Understand that to move forwards, you often have to step backwards to see the new roads ahead.  I did it once myself - pay cut to get a pay rise!

    Life is for living - go out, have a good time, and let the cards fall where they will.  Things will happen no matter what stress you feel - you just need to be in control of your life rather than let life control you!

    Go out, have a beer for me and say "h**l, life is good!"

    And don't worry - if you dont get this job, you will get another somewhere down the line!


  2. I know how you feel, it can be very hard. You need to pick up the phone and give some people a ring, have a nice uplifting chat and try and think positive, also try forget that work isn't everything you've got a life to live so live it girl

  3. firstly i recomend you take a vitamin c tablet daily... this should motivate you... also ensure you make time for a well balanced breakfast, this always helps... make sure you have atleast 8 hours sleep... even if you doo all that you should feel the difference and will be motivated enough to socialise more.

    and when you feel at your moodiest ensure a frest intake of chocolate... i find that helps.

    i hope you get this promotion and everything sorts its self out :D

  4. go window shopping, imagine what you could buy if you were promoted.

    Spend some time with a friend- you dont have to go out anywhere, just a night in if your feeling rough- make yourself do this even if you dont feel like it, the chance to beyourself and chat about irrelevent things as well as getting some moral support will boost your mood. Trust me.
