Hi, when i took a trip to the little block of stores near us, i noticed a little kitten wandering around the lil parking lot behind the stores. I am not sure if it has a home, maybe it just got out and is lost, or some dumb person just doesn't care about it? Anything i should do, its about 5 minutes from my house, and i dont want to see it hurt, or starve. I may be able to bring it to petsave. Dad wont let me take it here!!

alright, anything please let me know!

  1. sounds like it is used to human contact since it is friendly. so, either it is a "dumped" "lost" or "roaming" kitten. because it is in the parking lot of the stores and that is where the employees usually go for their breaks, you may ask them about it. otherwise, call a shelter and let them know. they will make sure that it is in good health and try their best to find it a good home, this will be easier since it is a kitten. hope it finds a good home.

  2. Talk to your friends about it.  I'm sure one of them would be happy to take it in.  If not, talk to some of the shopkeepers around there and ask if they've seen it.  If not, maybe one of them will take it.  If anything, you can get a water bowl and a bowl of cat food and regularly bring it stuff so it doesn't go hungry.

    Don't sneak it in!!

  3. Smuggle it under your bed since your dad says you can't have it. Just remember to let it out for a potty break every now and then. ;)

  4. If it seems really hungry, and looks too thin, you should take it to Petsave.

  5. feed it for a couple days while you call around to find a home post it on craigslist.com

  6. Aw, go get that kitten!  You can generally take it to a veterinary clinic or something and they will take care of it.  Find a foster parent or something.

  7. Bring it to a pet store tell them you found it and they will try to find its owner.

  8. Not knowing where you are but in Australia now it is illegal to sell a cat or dog without a microchip. The microchip has the owners details and what it has been done to it medically such as vacantaions and desexing. If you are worried about the kitten talk to the local councel in the area where the kitten is found and they will give ideas.
