What can i do after i have ARP poisend a computer on a network?

Only thing i have been able to do is Watch the packets using wireshark (i dont know what most them mean) and Record Passwords (im using cain and abel).

Is there any other things i can do?

You can try this syntax at command.com

- type arp -s [IP Gateway / Proxy) [MAC Address Gateway / Proxy)
