Question:

What can i do and eat to make me smarter and what can i do to help me sleep?

sorry about putting 2 questions in 1 but this is my last question to day i don't think I'm smart and always forgetting things and want to make my brain stronger, and find it hard to get to sleep but still wake up early!

  1. The only way to make yourself smarter is to exercise your brain... Play memory games... Do regular arithmetic... Read... Teach yourself new subjects.

    It takes motivation to do these things, but if it was as easy as eating fish, everyone would be a genius.


  2. Use lavendar oil to help you sleep. Put some on your pressure point (wrists, temples) or a couple of drops on your pillow.  

  3. Fish is good for your brain.Cod liver oil supplements.A lettuce sandwich an

    hour or so before bed is good for sleep.As is a Turkey one.Why people

    fall asleep at Xmas.If it's your last question open another account or 2 or 3 etc.

  4. Fish is supposed to be good for the brains but I don't know if that's just an old wives' tale.

    Don't go on computer or watch television before trying to get to sleep as it makes the brain too active

  5. Practicing Yoga is a good way to boost up both your mind and body.

    In the late afternoon and evening, avoid caffeinated drinks(soft drinks, coffee, chocolate, etc.) because they act as stimulants.It stays in your system upto 14 hrs and increases the number of nighttime awakenings and decreases total sleep time.

    If you have trouble falling asleep night after night or if you always wake up feeling unrefreshed, you may have a sleep disorder that needs treatment.
