    Stress Reliever Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberries are good source of vitamins and nutritional value. These are things that stress can deprive us of and drinking fruit smoothies containing strawberries can help replenish us and keep us healthy.

    Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups strawberries

    1/2 cup strawberry nectar

    1 pitted peach

1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or strawberry yogurt if you don’t have the nectar.

    2 cups ice

    milkshake

    For comforting:

    pick up some good movies

    magazines

  2. If they faint give them some water wait then maybe some sugar or some starch.make sure they stay sitting down.

  3. The first couple of days I couldn't eat much after I got my wisdom teeth out; some staples I ate were cottage cheese and apple sauce.  I remember slurping soup actually hurt my mouth, and my mom offered me ice cream but it was tooooo cold. Everyone is different though, so he may indeed like the ice cream.:) Smoothies may be hard to eat since if you use a straw directly after getting wisdom teeth out, you risk pulling out the stitches (if you have any) in your mouth from the pressure.

As far as fainting, that isn't typical with getting wisdom teeth out. It may have been that she/he had a reaction to the pain medication, so I do not think that should be a huge worry with your friend.

Make sure he keeps hydrated though, since he probably won't be getting a lot of calories. Within a couple days he'll be able to eat normal things again. :)
