What can i do for my cats birthday ?

my cat nattie boo is going to be 5. he is apart of the family and i don't know what to do for him.any ideas

You should definitely do something special for your cat. you could throw him a birthday party and invite over some friends maybe with other cats. your could give him a special meal, like a good can of wet food. then you should get him a gift such as a cat toy of some kind.

YOU SHOULD TREAT YOUR CATS BIRTHDAY AS IF IT IS A FAMILY MEMBER'S BIRTHDAY.

The morning of his birthday serve him tuna fish and maybe some milk for breakfast.Later, take him to the pet store and have him pampered and groomed while you pick out his birthday presents.Have some friends that have cats come over with them to the house for a birthday celebration.You can choose cat themed party decorations and favors.

Balloons, streamers, tablecloth, plates, cups, hats all with cat images. Cat toys for party favors: play balls,catnip,feather toys,toy mice etc.

The cake can be cat theme as well,a cat image or maybe in shape of a cat.You can have so much fun with pets!  My cat Kashmir has a birthday coming up real soon, I should begin preparations now. I was thinking about inviting just a couple of his best cat friends and having his party at the beach house. Kashmir has a custom made jungle gym the size of a 1-car garage over there that he loves to play on; we just don't get out there very often enough with work and all. Whatever you do,will sure to be fun, just make the day all about Nattie Boo!

You should get a big bowl and put about 4 different flavors (that he likes) in the bowl and then give him some treats later on.  You can also buy him some new toys that you know he will like and play with him as much as possible.  Also try petting a lot which will make him very happy.  Also, if possible, get different treats that you think he will like and try them out on him.

    My family always thinks im a freak because i do the same thing!  i celebrate there birthday!  

     When my kitty turned 8 i gave him canned cat food.  Little cat toys.  lots of attention, and also kitty treats.  i gave him lots of cuddles and he got to be inside all day.  (he is an outside cat...but loves to be indoors!---he sheds to much to be in all the time... :[  )

My friend's cat, Pepper, turned about 10 years old the other day. For her birthday, my friend got her the best cat food she could buy at the store. Then, she went to Petco and bought her clothes like a belted dress with a nice pair of soft slippers. For your cat, i think you should get it anything it likes to make it a really special day.

we always give our animals a can of wet food for occasions like that, since we only give them hard food its like a big treat for them.

also i used to make tuna cookies for my cats but i cannot for the life of me remember how i did it LOL im sure a quick google search will give you some recipes.

It's time to pop in a  dvd Tom and Jerry, Garfield or Felix The Cat. While she watches the movie and her favourite movie stars, give her some KFC popcorn without the skin. Once the movie is over give her a nice collar with her name tag and a leash. Then go out for a little friendly walk with the little darling.

I give my cats a whole can of wet food with treats on top and then a few toys to go along with it. I don't really think they understand the concept of a birthday, but it's a nice thing to do for them anyway, since they're part of the family. They'll usually appreciate this. Good luck :)

i love cats and all but..... IT DOESNT NEED A PARTY...... IT IS A CAT!!! just by him a new toy and get him some special tuna or something but dont go all out and throw him a party!!

Throw him a party! =D Like, get a bunch of cats to come over, bring presents, make a tuna casserole or something as a cake, & have party games. (attack the string) Hopefully the cats will all like each other and won't fight! =p

Or you can just get him treats/toys and play with him for his birthday. Do something he'll like...I dunno.
