  1. basically you need to see a doctor if anything the doctor will recommend you some anti-bio tics eat soft foods like soups cup noodles drink tea you can use the salt water and the gargle excersise but it will start to hurt after a while so only do that before you go to sleep and when u wake up...the anti-biotics you take twice a day but take with food or milk

  2. Salt water won't hurt and it might help a little bit.  If this is strep it eventually will go away on its own.  However you should take penicillin to get rid of it mainly to prevent the complications of peritonsillar abcess, or rheumatic fever which can affect your heart and kidneys permanently.

  3. You have to take anitbiotics for strep throat, meaning you should see a doctor ASAP.

Throat lozenges are only to temporarily soothe, they do not make strep throat go away.
